Interesting nugget in Lisa Cook's lawsuit against Donald Trump: The entire Fed Board, and Jay Powell, in their respective professional capacities are also defendants. It looks like she's doing that because the relief that she seeks includes restraining the Fed Board from terminating her.

If the Fed board does not back Cook up 100% won’t the rest of them be subject to At Will dismissal if they don’t vote exactly the way Trump wants? So why are they not backing her up?

Or acting as if she's been terminated: "...effectuating in any manner Governor Cook’s purported removal from her position or in any way treating her as having been removed, or denying or obstructing her in accessing any of the benefits or resources of her Board position.

Like, not counting her vote or attending the board meeting.

So then she's also including constructive termination.
