You’re wise to refrain from speculation though your experience likely tells you plenty from the photos. I’ve been pedestrian guessing CHF for a while. Manageable until not.

Gee, it’s a shame those breakthrough drugs in queue at FDA or trials anywhere are all in cold storage indefinitely. CHF was a big market. I’m sure there’s a jewel among them.

Agree - I’d guess CCF from the oedematous legs, probably AF on anticoagulants causing the bruising on his hand. His vessels will be laden with cholesterol - they already said he’s on a statin - probably had TIAs. Prime candidate for diabetes and at his age enlarged prostate as well.
