They won’t and it’s criminal! He looks ghastly! Mouth breathing and significant facial edema! He’s most definitely appearing much more ill than reported!

Heart failure or liver failure. Hard to tell without knowing his lab results. Still want the actual results of that echocardiogram.

I don’t think it’s swelling. I think it looks like that because whatever happened in the past week is causing facial drooping.
