Other side reads "No clowns kept inside."

A hole or drain in a brick wall at pavement level. The hole is barred, but two of the centre bars have been removed or torn away. There are a few leaves by the edge of the hole but there is a stygian darkness such that it's impossible to see what's inside. A small board is tucked into the corner of the grate, obviously part of a larger board at some time, with text reading
