I have to do more research on rank voting and electoral college issues before I decide. That’s why I’m saying I don’t know if I agree yet..

Got it. Rank order was done for the mayor race in St. Louis last year. It worked well. There were a number of candidates (dem and repub). The residents voted in a primary on all and the top 2 were voted on for mayor. St. Louis got a fresh new person for mayor and she seems to be doing well.
