3/3 It has to be voluntary because the 5th amendment protects us from self incrimination, at least for the time being anyway. Lying on the form is perjury. For the sake of argument lest say this ISN’T legal - so what? It’s non-violent, and if millions of taxpayers do this, they’re screwed big time.
