All it would take is doing a few hand recounts in janky looking swing districts to discover, but the democrats have not pursued this. Why? My theory is because they’re part & parcel of the entire nightmare and are just playing the “good cop” side of the routine.
Impossible to hand recount votes that were cast entirely electronically. Even if the machines spit out a ballot receipt, those are often bar-coded and not readable by human eyes. Most secure voting method would be hand-marked paper ballots, electronically tallied, and audited.

No. But ballots which can be - and actually are - audited by hand recount are not where our elections are most vulnerable. If there was election software tampering resulting in altering vote counts, it would likely happen where detection would be difficult. Or where audits/reviews were shut down.
The key word here is difficult, not impossible. Our democracy is important enough to warrant it, otherwise they’ll just keep doing it again, and if it turns out there was no tampering (which I think highly unlikely) that’s good news too for the next election. It’s a win win situation.

Thanks for all this analysis. It makes me feel like I'm not actually a tin-foil-hat loony. The Dems, IMHO, didn't question anything because the optics of challenging the results would look too much like Lump doing the same in 2020. So they did nothing. It's like they're the parents of a toddler
waiting to see if he'll cry himself out in his constant tantrum. Never mind this toddler is mean, revenge-minded, and loaded up with powerful weapons. He also has toddler buddies ready to aid and abet.
