The "notable" criminals include 1 murderer, 1 rapist, 1 drug smuggler, 1 human smuggler, and 1 briber. When you're listing the briber as "notable" among that list it's because you've run out of murderers, rapists, and traffickers. The other 117 people are just Chinese.
