This is clownish
Completely unrelated question but as a Pacer expert hopefully a quick answer... Are evidence exhibits typically uploaded to the docket? E.g. this file shows a few things - and I'd love to see the underlying seating chart they reference, but I have no idea how to find it?
Nope
Ah that's too bad. Thanks for the reply though - big fan of your reporting 👍
If not liking police is cause for a Terry stop.....everyone is in trouble.
Wait, what? Is this the sandwich guy?
DOJ has also dismissed another case brought by federal agents after the D.C. surge began, this one involving a man who police said was found asleep in his car. The police searched the car and found a handgun; the driver had a felony record.
1/6 ?
Illegal search of the vehicle?
Any local cop would've known this.
Well trained police officers certainly would know that.
PCP? Is there any actual evidence of this? (I’m guessing not since the grand jury didn’t indict)
Whose the cottonelle-soft cop who got hip-tossed by some random dude who then waltz offed away from said cop no problem? Yet another example of cops talking a big game to the peasants they rule over, but getting bodied the second things escalate with someone not going along with their BS.
