Gates has said there should be higher taxes on the rich. He is very involved in philanthropy. I think Buffet is also. I have no issue with the wealthy so long as the pay the right share, support their workers, and try to make the world better.

The point is that he thinks there should be more taxation. It's not his fault if the US gov't doesn't agree, so he does a bunch of philanthropy. Like, don't be mad that he doesn't make the rules. Be mad at the system not the players. For the record, he actually does pay taxes. So, not zero.
