Read up. Newsom has already publicly embraced many Trump policies, especially around trans people and the homeless. I like that he's standing up to Trump, but even assholes can do that. Newsom is awful.

This is untrue. He hasn’t embraced the policies. He was asked questions about his own opinions. The issues are complex, the answers not simple, & it will be hard to please everyone. Newsom has become the leader we need now. Failing to support him is accepting DJT won.

"Pros and cons of throwing the homeless in jail and denying trans kids care are 'complex,' so fuck 'em." Newsom is trash. His stance against Trump (not the AI crap) is good, and i support THAT. But i don't support him as a leader. Others show it's possible to lead well without trashing people.
