I just feel the term 'child pornography' is like describing a type of pornography, instead of identifying it for what it is - abuse.

Abuse is created by those who took and distributed the photos. Child porn possession are the consumers of that material. In the law, there must be a distinction. Those charged and convicted must wear the appropriate labels for the rest of their lives.
