Having grown up in evangelical, pro-life spaces… they weren’t really pro life. Pro-life most of the time stopped at birth - they did not consider day care, education, medical care, or end of life care to be a necessary part of being pro-life. I still push friends in those spaces but it’s slow.

Since you've been through Wesleyan seminary you likeky know how Calvinism is opposed to free will due to mans "Total depravity" I believe that dismisses the Helper that Christ promised in John 14. If so that dismissiveness falls under the auspices of disgracing the Holy Spirit, the unpardonable sin.

Gov. Newsome was in my state (SC) and Tim Scott (everyday posting Bible scripture) posted a video on his fb page laughing and telling Newsome hes not welcome here. Scott supporters were encouraging Scott to round him up and send him to "Alligator Alcatraz " the comments were so vile (and mispelled)
