Larry Krasner, the Democratic DA of Philadelphia Gas thrown down the gauntlet to Trump, ICE and the National Guard. He has said that if they act without proper authority, if they kidnap people off the street, assault them, illegally detain them, they will be charged UNDER STATE LAW.
