In the early mornings, he would take a ruler to measure the man made snow that drifted onto the main lodge deck. A 'trace of snow overnight' was a pretty consistent weather report 🤦♂️

Well... if they are even remotely congruent with actual weather conditions, then the gig would be up! One resort I worked at decades ago had an ops mgr who was notorious for taking liberties with weather observations.
