There needs to also be a legal maximum wage for CEO’s, preferably tethered to the minimum wage (eg: capped at 3x whatever min wage is) so that when the tide (profit) comes in, all boats rise. And this should account for all forms of compensation (stocks, etc) not just “wages,” to close loopholes.
