My sibling set (GS/GRet mix) played exact same game. I gave them duplicate pink stuffy-bunnies to "find" r/t bark at door. Worked great for greetings: "Find your bunny!" It apparently was more fun tho when sis hid hers and they'd play snatch fm each other w growly gusto. Subsets are unlike any.

I had an Australian Silky Terrier that would take a toy and shake it to draw attention from the other dogs that were playing with the toy he wanted. When the other dogs took the bait and came after the toy that Cavanaugh was shaking, he would drop it and go get the toy he wanted. He lived 17 yrs. ❤️

I’ve watched my Golden for all 9 yrs of her life instantly match her behavior to whomever she is interacting with. For unsure toddlers she goes still and let’s them explore/pat. For scared puppies, she lies down and lets them sniff/crawl all over her and then plays w/them using only her head.
