This is Buster. He has vitiligo, a rare and completely harmless genetic condition that causes skin and fur to lose pigment over time. It typically affects dogs in patches, but over the course of 2.5 years, he went from solid black to completely white. And it turns out he's handsome either way. 14/10

There is a type of black bear in British Columbia that has a 10% chance of being born with white hair. They are known as "spirit bears." Buster is a spirit doggo. May he haunt your lives for a hundred years!
