I still don't understand why Carney agreed to go there when he specifically stated that he wouldn't do so until Trump recognizes Canada's sovereignty. Maybe he has a card up his sleeve or something, but it looks like he's setting himself up for an ambush.
I think Carney is doing due diligence. Informing 47 of what will come if he doesn't get back in line. Then 47 was warned and what comes next is on him. Canada is about to spend some serious money and make some big deals. America had better do some serious thinking about the cost of 47s policies.
