Hi gamgam. I have a question that maybe you can help me with. I rec. social security disability and I am 52 years old. I read that a person on disability can return to work and earn any dollar amount for 9 months. Is that right? I will call SS tomorrow, but it will take forever. Thx!

The website does not work. It looks like they have changed it recently.
Did you try SSA.gov? Do a search on working while disabled or for Fact Sheets.
Hi, I was able to pull up website. So confusing! It says you can work for 9 months under Trial Work Period “no matter how much you earn” and keep benefits — and then the very next section says “if your benefits stopped because of your earning level …” They don’t make this simple..ugh
