Thank you. I am well. That was irony, not a cry for help. I truly appreciate the check-in though. It does seem ridiculous for met to try to reduce my SNRI with the world as it is, but I am closing out a lovely weekend with a friend and my dogs cooling off at the coast and my heart feels full.
