Honestly, I don't get why people are gassing up this design. Why is it strangling itself. I really like the dragonite and saw how divisive that was but this one... idk I gotta say I don't like this design at all

Slowbro was already a goofy Pokémon to begin with. Victreebel was one of the cooler/creepier designs based on a carnivorous plant. Now it looks just silly and I hope all the new megas aren't like that. Also it is yet another Gen 1 Pokémon getting a new form.

Nah I get it lol, I think its good to have designs that balance out the more serious ones so it doesn't really bug me that much (also Galarian Slowbro is so sick how can you not like it)

He's designed after a gourd flask, like how the original is a pitcher. Gourd flask have the midsection wrapped so you can carry them, so here he has his top wrapped to keep more acid in and spray higher impact shots

He is the bag in the Odyssey that blows the 4 winds. At least that's what he looks like to me. A creature with the ability to blow a foul or fair air.

I guess he's one of those "joke's on you" designs where gamefreak punishes you for liking a pokémon. Like dudunsparce. I think it's funny and like that they exist but I would never use them.

I think the one thing that kind of bothers me is how this design has an obvious face, which you can't really say about Victreebel. Makes it look too anthropomorphic. I do think the overall concept of a big sack of digestive juices is great though.

I’m with you. Knowing the concept about it having acid reflux is good but it’s the little face that bugs me. Might be better if the eyes were below the tied off part so it just looks like it’s sealing off its mouth and not like it’s in a noose
