I hear these are people borrowed from other agencies, retirees, and perhaps even some are hired guns. Speculation is also that a number are “volunteers” from local militias are pretending to be part of law enforcement to harass people for their own entertainment.
I second your motion that they're from other agencies.
I know first hand this is happening. Trump’s sheep regard this as his biggest thing to do so he’s pushing it. I know of FBI agents who were pulled off many different assignments to work this shit.
