It would be instructive for them to have Medicaid for all their medical and dental needs. Good f’ing luck trying to find providers who will take Medicaid. We regularly have to drive six hours to get any specialist providers. Neurology, GI, periodontal, endocrine, pediatrician, etc. long waitlists
