ICE will be the ones to invade Chicago. Along with the National Guard, no doubt. Just like LA. If CPB was used in LA, it was probably due to LA's proximity to the southern border. But we'll see.

I am saying that I think they are doing an end run around the court orders by using a different agency. All of these agencies need to be investigated and held accountable.
