if religion wants to join in and play politics, they can join in like everyone else and pay taxes, too

This is not that big of a deal as far as the elections go, but it is a big deal in terms of the Constitution. Anybody going to church in Texas already is 100% MAGA and loves Trump, so how can these preachers make that much difference? They SHOULD pay taxes though, but in MAGAland™... ?
