If someone serves in our military, should they not be given a residency and eventual citizenship? Someone who works in immigration please educate me.

This is just wrong man! I knew Vietnam Vets who played cat & mouse with the cops over drugs, & I have come to regard it as a continuation of the stress & challenges they had in country. They really couldn't leave. There was always just 1 more fight. They need recognition & honor, & eventually peace.

This is going to be in the top few of most shameful periods in US history. When they start teaching history again.
