Spasmodic dysphonia is a muscle condition-- that gravelly, fried sound. Many people who have SD will have other muscle contractions, but his shit is next level. SD is believed to have genetic components (his sister & daughter have it) but likely his years of drug/hormone abuse aggravates it.
I remember when he first had it. I have some personal experience with him. Diseases like this that are spasmodic muscle conditions eventually can affect the heart...and could affect the brain. He has had every treatment and more. Steroids for years when it was a frozen vocal chord. 1/2
The thing is that steroid use long term affects hormones, not to mention what he takes on the side. He also takes/tries everything. I wonder if we can get a drug test. Trump hates alcohol but he is OK with drugs apparently. We just cant know how affected his brain is. 2/2
