Think about this. If some nutjob fetishizes guns and then is able to buy them it stands to reason that the next thing they’ll want is to USE them. All that posing in front of the mirror with them won’t suffice. We need #CommonSenseGunLaws

Correct. We can’t legislate emotions but we can certainly legislate access to weapons. We just choose not to.
