🤣🤣🤣 they ain't listening! Doesn't align with owners agenda!
This is so on point. The media is increasingly talking against majority opinion, trying to convince everyone that crap is a gold standard.
They are not out of touch, they are owned almost exclusively by right wing oligarchs and they are pushing propaganda.
Yet the public seems pretty supportive of the Government's position 🙂 Yougov May 2025
It's about time social media, and British TV and Radio stopped giving the newspapers and their owners and editors' opinions so much weight and exposure.
Or told farage
The majority have told the media. however, the shorting of currencies and commodities opportunities in a no trade deal Brextain by the oligarchs who control the media takes precedence.
The public is happier to have a closer relationship, but its clear they are not europhiles. I think the separation went too far but I still don't want FoM, CU or total ECJ oversight. A trade deal is fine, the EU would do well to accept this in such tumultuous times. One size does not fit all.
Express, Daily Heil, Torygraph and the Times (the paper of record'😄) aren't really media insofar as they don't attempt to broadcast the truth. More accurate to describe them as comics for thick, lazy gammons, too fragile to imagine that their personal world view could be wrong.
Media are owned by moguls which support the Brexit. Moguls purchased enough politicians to keep the result they like.
News media lazily take their direction from the newspapers who in turn pander to a very small very pro brexit reader base. The model is broken
the media don’t care as they are run by people that wanted Brexit. It’s mind control and validation for the bigotry.
