Edema. He has visible Foley cath receptacles behind each knee. His ankles are bigger around than his thighs. He’s got renal or heart failure and they cannot collect the fluids before he balloons. BTW, Foleys include 🎈 🎈 and are fed into the urethra. So it’s like a party!
