Sanctions for what exactly? Trump put tariffs on India for what ever reason, he would have pulled another reason out of his arse if he wanted to. India is trading Russian oil according to the EU price cap exactly how it is intended to limit Russian revenue but let the oil on the market.

You know the reason for this is that the oil market would go to 120 if Russian oil would be somewhat more blocked, and Russia would profit more. Hence the price cap was introduced to limit their profits but let the oil on the market. But guess a bit knowledge about the topic is to much for you.

We don't have the means to stop Russian tankers unless we start a full blown trade war. Europe keeps up to international trade rules still. We have not yet started to blow up other factions civil ships.
