Oh, hell. HUD regulations are hard enough to understand without AI getting involved. This is gonna be a horrendous mess. And we thought HOTMA was bad.

Yeah not going to try to defend that one but agreed that AI would make it worse. HUD regs tend to be exceptionally convoluted but they are also based on relatively convoluted laws. Not to mention annual appropriation bills.
