They are not even housing the Guardsman. They are sleeping on warehouse floors. Are they feeding them? All this money could be spent in so many better places. But the Republicans are kind of winning cause we're talking about this instead of the Big Ugly Bill.
Two things can be true at once. There are people talking about the bill, and there are people talking about fascism. This is not a distraction. This is a test run.
I don't care how uncomfortable they are. If they would do their jobs, they would leave LA and go to DC and take Trump into custody and put an end to this madness.
If DJT is to be taken into custody, it should be by civilian law enforcement after being impeached by Congress. We're not supposed to have the military remove political figures. That's called a coup.
It's ALREADYa coup by this regime, they've taken all power for themselves from US Congress, the courts, and now state governors. Stopping a coup is not the same as committing a coup.
At this point a coup may be our best hope. Congress is siding with him.
But they are housing ICE agents, since most aren't from the area. I agree, it's a minor change.
