They tried that here in #Michigan and for some reason it was ruled that states cannot restrict a president from the ballot.

The challenge in 2024 was under the 14th Amendment insurrection clause, which is worded differently -- says an insurrectionist can't hold office. The 22nd says can't be *elected* to a 3rd term. Does that matter? We may find out.
