Yes. These guys don't want to be on DC streets, and haven't yet been given any illegal orders that they would be obliged to refuse. They're involuntary actors in a piece of crude political theater, designed to support MAGA/Project 2025 agenda, and blur lines and confuse issues as much as possible.
