Well they are hopping he can recover enough to prop him upfront of a camera again... We need proof now that he's mentally unwell to force action.

Thing is if he's in this bad of shape there's only so long they're going to be able to prop him up before he's just done.

I wouldn't bet on it. We need damning evidence. Someone drag him into a deposition immediately or find some other way to make him speak on record.
