Lovely! Am I right in believing the Combe Gibbet at Inkpen is the highest point looking east until the Urals?
Oh! I’ve not heard that one! I’ve heard ‘Highest chalk hill in the world’ (well actually its slightly higher neighbour, Walbury Hill) or highest point in southern England (excluding the SW moors) and the highest water body between the south coast & Derbyshire!
I’ll check the factoid!
I’d love to know!
Oh my, that’s fascinating - going to be my new line I think!
You’re welcome! I guarantee Reading isn’t higher.
Ha! Amazing ...
Just researched a few sample city altitudes. The factoid is holding up!
Exciting!
Just lovely. 💚
Thank you Susan!
Glorious, bittersweet, hopeful joy. xx
Oh! Thank you so much x
