So it’s Mother’s Day yesterday there was a package and my husband asked what I ordered from Amazon I hadn’t ordered anything so I opened the package and it was a matching necklace and bracelet that said mom with a rose and my favorite semiprecious gemstone my husband asked me what it was
I said tomorrow’s Mother’s Day it’s a present from Jennifer he then accused me of buying myself a Mother’s Day present we ended up arguing I again said it was a gift from my daughter and seriously if o had decided to treat myself on Mother’s Day why would it have been a big deal?
This morning he starts listing off things he wanted me to get done and I went off on him and said that it’s the first Mother’s Day in years that I haven’t been at work and I didn’t appreciate a honey do list as soon as I got up in fact I was going to have coffee in bed. no flowers from him/stepdad
