They effectively referred it to SCOTUS after making a recommendation. SCOTUS has the ball now. I'm keeping an open mind, but won't be surprised if SCOTUS backs Trump.

Yeah I’m not holding my breath. I’m just tired of judges saying that stuff is wrong but not really doing anything. Like, block it then? Make the Supreme Court unblock it. Granted, I know nothing, maybe they can’t? That doesn’t stop MAGA judges from ordering things they can’t though.
