Of course it is! There’s a saying in chemistry, the poison is in the dose. Extra tons of CO2 into the atmosphere are having well understood effects.

The author does not identify who funded the studies that say that CO2 is not harmful to human health. I’m pretty sure they are financed by also fuel interests.
