That’s not including costs for stationary and school trips inc. to Paris Kids with free school meals get help with funding but not enough & too many don’t qualify for school meals despite hardships These costs will prevent friends in yr 8 choosing GCSEs like food tech, languages & photography

So many of her teachers bring in stationary & ingredients paid for out of their own pocket so kids don’t miss out- this shouldn’t be necessary either & sadly- although the school say to contact them if u need financial assistance many parents don’t ask for help because they are ashamed😔
