The most worrisome issue is his mental instability that is clearly deteriorating which makes him disoriented, mentally confused, unreliable, delusional, and manipulative.

The first noticeable symptom of my dad's dementia was short-term memory loss. The second was confusion regarding time and location. "Disoriented" is the right word. Episodes look like typical senior moments at first, but they get worse until the confusion is total and permanent.

I think Trump has entered the disorientation phase. He needs help with situational navigation. I bet his staff does more babysitting than we realize. And it's going to get worse.

People were joking about his inability to walk a straight line. But one of the things a neurologist will have you do if worried about. Your cognitive functioning is to watch you walk on a line. It’s a very strong indicator of cerebellum functioning. It’s not good.

Worse yet, he's never had any moral grounding, real knowledge, or the needed temperament for the job. In his prime decades ago, he used to call and pretend to be someone else to brag on himself and lie about his financial status. That isn't someone well suited for age-related acuity problems.
