I walk on hilss etc that is fine. It's anything that requires sudden movement. I can't really see anything apart from swimming is possible. So have started that today.

I will continue to go for walks of course. But I need some kind of cardio also. None of the usual stuff is possible just through old injuries from when I was 20/30.

It's quite weird to get old (but I'm not even that old yet) but suffer from all the cool fit stuff you did when younger. I used to do acrobatics, martial arts, dance. Now it's like fuck can't move too quick or you break something. Ugh.

None of these injuries are new. Some are from when I was 20. They were even fine for a while and seemed healed. They just come back to haunt you more and more later on.
