Is there a difference between a smoothie maker and a blender? My favourite smoothie is 200ml water 1/3 of a frozen banana 2 tsp hemp seeds 1 big tbsp coconut yogurt 2 cups kale (stalks removed! Ideally frozen - it blends smoother). Sometimes I add mango, swap in cashews, or add tahini.
Recs for your favourites are welcome! I am currently drinking a mango-peach-berry combo.
Greek yoghurt, blueberries, vanilla protein powder, and milk is always my go to
a weird pull but handy for when it's relevant: if you have extra quince jelly or quince paste left over at any point it is EXCELLENT to add in as well. (Mango-quince-greek yoghurt with cinnamon and ginger was A+++)
