Human rights law does not operate at the level of 'I don't like this/her/you.' It operates on the level of serious violations of life, health, autonomy, and personal integrity. That's why transphobes are so absolutely desperate to elevate every interaction with a trans person to litigable heights.
It's because 'this violated my right to privacy' is a justiciable claim, whereas 'yuck' is not. It should be the job of the courts and skilled lawyers to pull this apart, but apparently these days that is not happening.
