A woman gave me this scarf. I didn't think twice about wearing it to Oasis. Three different security guards told me that my scarf wasn’t permitted in the stadium. They said Palestinian symbols weren’t allowed. What’s the story, morning glory? The scarf loved the show.
The keffiyeh is normally worn in the middle East for protection against sandstorms. Maybe the security guards were worried you were telegraphing about an upcoming sandstorm in Canada like some others I've seen on the news. That's just weird. There's never been a sandstorm in Canada...

What did you say to those security guards Charlie?
I told the security guards I had just been discharged from the hospital and the nurse told me I had to wear the scarf to protect my neck. They were very confused and let me through.
I see. At first I could not believe that they told you that you could not wear THAT kind of scarf. But then I hear Toronto security is often confused and so is Toronto.
I’m shocked. When did Toronto start policing what we wear? Concerning to say the least.
