Maybe not all though. Trump is also manipulated by Putin and the oligarchs. I’m sure Miller wasn’t too pleased the oligarchs convinced Trump to go softer on illegal immigrants working in farms. But he sure as hell milked Trump’s hurt ego and whipped it into the fury he needed.
