Oh man! I hope you're better soon. MAME is the emulator for all things arcade game related (and quite a bit else; even LCD hamdheld games!). It's not quite as easy to play as a light gun or mouse, but you can play JP in your browser with your phone. It maps the cursor to a virtual analog stick.
