Arm moved toward the ball when he dove that way. The only other way it could have hit his arm was if he’d stuck it out. If it hit his tit it wouldn’t have been a pen. Hope that clears things up 👍

I certainly don’t expect them to be experts in the laws of the game. They are very good at analysing players, especially those who play in their respective positions.

I wouldn’t say I’m an expert but I’ve read the laws of the game and the handball rule is one of the few well-defined rules the game has.
